Weekends can become very busy and our response time may be delayed while we are out making special days even more special with our balloons.
When placing your order a retainer is required to hold your event date for you. Your date is not held until the retainer is paid. This is a non refundable retainer that will be applied to your invoice. Should you decide to cancel, the retainer will be forfeited.
Delivery, installation and taxes are additional.
Balloons are a choking hazard to children. Never let a child put balloons in their mouth and always pick up all popped balloon pieces and dispose of properly.
Foil (Mylar) balloons have the potential of causing power outages and fires when they come in contact with power lines. We practice the California Balloon Law (yep, there’s a law) of weighing all our foil (mylar) balloons and never allowing them to be released. We encourage you to follow this law and never release any foil balloons into the atmosphere. Always keep your helium balloons tied to a weight and never let them go.
Because of our concern for the environment we do not offer any balloon releases (latex or foil). What goes up DOES come down and becomes litter. We do offer “Release & Tether” options. Ask for details.
We do our best at Design Street Studios to reduce waste by reusing and repurposing products used in our design mechanics including bases, poles, frames and weights.
